At Time Factors International Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
