When Worn & Wound reviewed the first release of the PRS-40 in 2014, they said:

ā€œHello. Mad Max props department here. May we have our watch back please?ā€

"It seems they’ve put something in the water up in Sheffield. Timefactors have been happily selling their splendid PRS series of fliegers for a few years. Things have ticked along nicely... of all their new releases, the PRS-40 is certainly the most visually striking."

Although extremely popular, the design of the PRS-40 continues to divide opinion, some love it, some hate it with very few falling in-between.

As many people know, the original design was by Giovanni Moro who has now moved on to co-found Unimatic watches. At the time, he had no interest in making watches, which is why he asked if we would be interested in bringing his idea to market. Initially I wasn’t attracted to the design but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it and the rest is history.

Two chronographs are now available, a 2-register with the Seiko VK61 and a 3 register with the VK67m; both movements are mecaquartz.

Like all Time Factors watches all of the components used are manufactured specifically for this watch (except for the movement), stock components are not used.

Supplied in a single watch travel case with 24 months guarantee. The first 12 months apply to the original purchaser only.

NOTE: On the Two Dial version there is a small L (in a circle) Luminova symbol above the 6 position that is not shown on the photos.
